very polite room service, nice location. the deposit credit card charged slip was not cancelled right away after the checkout, it should be cancelled thru machine instantly. |

The location, value for money , the friendly staff, Very difficult for the cabby to find the place. We heard this before. Thank God we have international roaming on our mobile, but still we have to call three times for the cabby to get the location. The hotel sighboard was not noticable. |

The location is really good, about 10 minutes walking from Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Staff was very helpful. * The room was too hot because of the heater. * There was a construction right in front of our room and the workers there used to work at 3:00 am making a lot of noise. * After shower the bathroom was a mess - water on the entire bathroom flor, the box was leaking. |

Perfect location - near to the Forbidden City, hutongs, metro. Helpful staff - we arrived at 8 in the morning and still got a room immediately (it was cleaned quickly for us to move in). Very good breakfast, ATM and money change in the lobby. Taxi to the airport was ordered by the hotel without any additional fees (fixed price 100). The room we got was located on the basement floor, having only a tiny window near to the ceiling and first there was a smell of mould. The room was also quite tiny but clean and as we were already really thankful for the possibility to move in before the official check-in time, we didn't want to complain. Everything else was just perfect :) |

Excellent location, easy to find, near subway, buses and taxis. I also liked the hotel design with the open courtyard. The rooms were bright and the use of glass made the hotel seem very open and friendly. There did not seem to be restaurant facilities. It was not clear if breakfast was available although there was a 24 hour room service. |

the location, very near the forbidden city and wangfujing street. the front desk staff are friendly. breakfast food is not good enough. too limited choices. and same food everyday. room is small. |

Beijing is the cleanest city I've ever been to (and I had my share of travels), and this hotel just tops it all. You can lick everything there if you want, even the ashtrays. The staff is very helpful, most of them speak very good English, and eager to help. All in all, the value for money is amazing. I will come back there. |

The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Also, the hotel was located right in the heart of Beijing within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City and the subway. |
